11.15 Friday Faves – The Fitnessista

Hello buddies! Pleased Friday! How was the week? I hope you had an exquisite one. Ours form of a blur. P went down with the nasty bug proper after Liv, so we’ve been dwelling whereas they’ve rested and recovered.
